Our Packaging

All our jewellery will be packed in a lovely satin pouch, which then is wrapped in satin paper and stored in a coloured thin cardboard box with a ribbon (together with the care instructions) before being packed in the actual shipping cardboard box.

Our shipping is processed by our local postal service www.post.lu
Shipping costs may vary for each country or item & added at checkout.

We will ship your order within approx. 5 working days (exluding holidays & weekend) & we´ll send you a shipping confirmation via E-Mail as soon as your order is packed & on its way to you.

Luxembourg      7,00 €        (flat rate)

Please allow min. 3-5 working days for your order to be delivered within Luxembourg (also depending on holidays, weekends etc.)

Pick-up in 7640 Christnach/Luxemburg is possible too!

Unfortunately my webshop is unable to provide this service at checkout. So the only option I can offer to you is to pay the delivery costs at check-out and leave me a note with your order, that you want to “Pick-up in Christnach” - before payment! If you forgot to leave a note, you can contact me of course via mail itsmeliette@hotmail.de. When picking up your order, I will refund you the 6 € in cash.

The flat rate for Europe is 12,00 € and includes the following countries:

DOM-TOM), Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

We can´t guarantee any delivery dates.

Please allow 7 working days after your shipping confirmation before contacting us about your order, if you are located in France, Germany or the Netherlands.

For the rest of Europe, please allow about 2 weeks after shipping before contacting us about your order.
