Returns Policy for Jewellery

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn & in the same condition and package that you received it.
Before you return an item, please contact us at itsmeliette@hotmail.de and state your order number and issue.

Please allow 48 hrs for us to answer your request.

You are responsible for the costs of your return shipping.
 

Damages

Once received your order, please inspect your parcel and its content. Contact us immediately if the item is damaged so that we can find a solution together.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returns, and we will let you know if the refund has been approved or not.

If it is approved, your refund will be send on your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
