The thoughts behind the painting:
Reality arises from a thought...You create a reality with a thought. With positive thoughts you are able to change that negative reality over time into a positive reality. But that won’t work without your faith. To me, faith is shown in my painting as the sky/God, because I am a faithful person.  I know that having faith and believing in the good things can change every negativity and so you are able to change the world around you and your self. 
In this case, the world around you is earth. And even if you lost your “ground” you are able to regain it back by believing in the good & in God.
Read nature in order to better understand yourself. When you look around, you will find love in every little thing – but of course you´ll see every unsophisticated reality too.  But that is the point where we are able to see that life goes on and that light emerges from the darkness, positivity grows out of negativity and that there is life after death.  
With faith, you will be able to create realities, and even when these realities were full of sadness, pain & sorrow in the past, you are able to positively reshape them for the future by changing your thoughts.
