The thoughts behind the painting:
Patterns are reactions to incidents that we have partly inherited from our ancestors or our other lives. We react with a certain feeling to a certain action. 
That is then the feeling we express – we cry when we are sad, we defend ourselves when we are attacked etc. If we don´t live this feeling out, we lock it up in our body, in our soul, in our heart.
Our body will become sick, because we have not expressed our feelings. Like the word “express” already says – the result of keeping it all inside, will be a lot of pressure. So this means, if we can let go of old feelings, the pressure will leave our body, our organs, and our heart. 
If we don´t cry when we are sad, we lock our tears up. Maybe we were not allowed to cry as a child, because that was so-called “childish behavior”? Then this is an old pattern and we should leave it behind, forgive and let go of it. The pressure will disappear from our body, our organs and our heart. 
The body will heal this wound of sadness by itself. Watch out for old pattern, let them go and be grateful!
