The thoughts behind the painting:
Freed from the fear of saying something, because:
- Women were not supposed to have something to say. 
- Women were worthless compared to men.
- Women could be used and thrown away, abused by men or other women.
Treason existed already in modern age, where women were sold out by other women, where talented women with knowledge have been burnt and tortured, because of incomprehension.  They were not allowed to be someone, to say something or to use the magic that they had inside them. But are we living here and now in the modern age or the medieval times? Even today, we are not allowed to tell the truth, to tell our truth, to say that magic and wonder do exist, to say that you are the magician in your own life – or are we?
Abused, betrayed, condemned, humiliated, obliterated, burned – but they could not extinguish the light. You can always see the small spark in the dark…so never underestimate the power of the women; never underestimate the power of a woman, never underestimate my power.
