My name is Juliette Hoffmann-Kaiser and I am the artist behind "Juliette K".

How did I get here?

Let´s shorten the first part a bit..I was born in Luxemburg in 1958 and I grew up in a small village in the center of the country.
After finishing the "Beaux Arts" High School here in Luxemburg (back in the days), I married my lovely husband Jean and soon after this, we became parents to two wonderful daughters.
I was painting a lot during the time when my daughters were young, so I could work from home and be there for them as much as possible.
Nevertheless I had exhibitions during that period in Luxemburg & Germany and I have to admit that my paintings were selling quite well.
(I exhibited formerly under the name "Li Hoffmann-Kaiser", as my first name was shortened over time. Juliette, became Liette, became Li - but now, I´m back to the roots with the name I received when I was born - Juliette ! )


Unfortunately the universe had other plans and I had to change my way of working due to some serious health problems.
I started to do exercises in order to avoid the, from the docters predicted, "life in a wheelchair" and "maybe last three years to live".  With the right guidance, exercises and a strong will to live and see my daughters grow up, I became stronger again.
Energized by that experience, I had the idea to open a Fitness Studio, in order to help others to regain their power too.

So I made all the needed Fitness Studio Owner Qualifications in Germany and opened a Fitness, Health and Beauty Studio in 1995.

Everything went well for many many years, but there were to many ideas in my head and I could not tame them very long. I started painting a bit alongside my work in the studio, but there was not enough time to completely dive into it again.
After my husband started to have some serious issues with his health in 2017, I decided to stop my activities in our business and in December 2018 we closed our doors after 23 years.

It was time for me and my husband to start a different life again, a life where we need no vacation from.

For me that meant - back to art, back to painting, back to life ! Cause there were so many ideas floating in my mind that I wanted to give a reality to.
I already started creating jewellery during the time when I had my Fitness Studio, but now I could focus better and work more quiet & continuous.

So.. fast-forward.. here I am, creating unique (yes, every piece is unique, I never do a piece twice!) and colourful jewellery & painting colourful canvases to bring a bit of joy to you!
